Lads, does anyone have any tips for trimming the hard parts of the interior. Im using tan vinyl just wondering if there are any tricks when using it.

I.e. use a hairdryer to soften it up. Im doing the bit between the two seats in the rear of the two seater.

Im finding it hard to get a pro finish as you have to bend the material down and left at the same time.

Also does that kit of eBay have the pieces moulded to the indentations or just the outline???

    Any help is appreciated.

    Cheers

Ebay kits are just moulded to the outline

ie there is enough (just) to cover each panel but you have to cut and make all the necessary indentations

as the the centre piece behind the seats, I glued the face (part that faces forward) first, but in doing so, I made sure I heated it and stretched it as I glued it to the face. I used clamps / paper clamps tp hold the ends tight while it set. In doing this, you make it easier for the side pieces to sit without being cresaed, although you will still have to heat them and knead the wrinkles as you glue them after the face has set.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers
