    Hi everyone, couple of questions.
Im looking at buying this kit: http://www.conceptzperformance.com/...r_Type=NIS300&UID=2010120815061060.228.86.186

    1. Is this a good kit/decent value for money? I want a complete kit including the pulley and idler studs. This is the best ive found.

    2. Im concerned with the underdive pulley driving my accesories slower. Especially the water pump. Will it make a noticable effect to aircon, p/s?
Will its cause the car to overheat when idling around slowly? Do I have to upgrade the waterpump pully as well to compensate or will it be ok?

Car is a 91 TT with some go fast gear if that helps. Not used as a daily driver, just a weekend toy.

That is the exact same kit I got when I did my 120k maintenance. To be honest, I would talk to Coz and make some minor changes that won't break the bank but will be a good investment.

    1) Get the RameyZ idler pulley studs. They don't cost a whole lot and are better quality than OEM.

    2) Add the H.I. overdrive water pump pulley to the list. In fact, am currently selling one as we speak (belt included). If you throw an underdrive pulley on your crank, you run the risk of overheating. The overdrive water pump pulley will correct this deficiency.

I'm sure Coz will be willing to work out something with the difference in price by removing the OEM studs and adding the RameyZ studs so you won't have to worry about buying both types. Most vendors will work with you on that stuff.

    Thanks mate.
So the hardened VTC springs wont effect the way the cam timing functions will it?
I dont want to change cam timing or anything just ensure she keeps going.
