Do you guys have any recommendations for an insurance company for a limited use (second) car? Cheers r33k.
Hit up Mikey, can't remember who it was through, but limited k's and were fine with mods. Was HEAPS cheaper than normal comprehensive.
try youi or real? I saw ads for those companies with limited use insurance. Not sure about their policies and options though...
YOU better read the fine print especial the agreed & market value. YOU better read the fine print especial the agreed & market value. Cheap payment can also me cheap payback if your car is wrecked... just search for my thread on Youi.
I tried to get a quote through youi, but you will never guess this... Youi doesn't have the 300ZX in NA!!! So, they can't insure me or even give me a quote. Strange hey.
Call them up again... We have found that it depends largely on who you talk too... I got my renewal just a matter of weeks ago...
Just renewed mine with just cars unlimited mods full comprehensive $2300 1500 excess with agreed value of $25,000 im 23 so no one else will insure me but im happy with that anyways when i first bought my zed i was 18 they quoted me a crazy 8k lol.
I've got no claims, no accidents and no license disqualifications but I still pay $3000 with $1500 excess for an agreed value of $15k with justcar for my TT. The NA would be a little over 2k but I have it on 3rd party, fire and theft for $500. Oh well... guess being a teenager must its disadvantage somewhere:br:
Just got a quote for third party property insurance from AAMI. $165 a year for my TT 2+2 manual. Cheap as chips. Being a second car and me not being a real race car driver decided not to worry about comprehensive insurance. If I cause the accident then I only need to worry about my car. Seems fair .
