I have completed a dummy spoiler. This is what I was thinking of producing. Would work a lot better with a stock spoiler instead of the Brazilian. I think it keeps the smooth lines of the zed intact. I am open to opinions on this design. I am aware that the finished product will need a cut out for the washer sprayer.
I'd take one that length From this angle though, it looks like it goes against the lines of the car. Needs to be angled down just a tad?
Looking good!!! With the washer sprayer would you be able to not cut it out on request, because ive gotten rid of mine anyway
i reckon more of a straight cut like kiz said and a tiny lip on the end of it would look insane! but regardless i'd buy it as is now lol
Not a fan of how it slopes down on the sides and merges with the hatch. IMO, have it cut off much more quickly.
Kiz Yes, the trailing edge is 1cm higher that the leading. I was trying to accommodate both 2+0 and 2+2 from the one design.
It's a spoiler... Of course it goes against the lines of the car. If you wanted it to run with the lines of the car, you'd be forever lowering it until you take it off. It's meant to angle up at the rear to give you more V-TEC or something like that. Not bad Al, very subtle from the more rear angle view. I like it. I'd still learn towards the Real Speed spoiler for my car. Just can't find any cheap enough.

Gonna give this a good solid bump. saw it today and it looks nothing like the pics, throw a wing on there and the curves are great. I was pretty against this wing on my zed even when i made this thread but i love it now. and to everyone who is QQing about the slope angle..its good how it is imo, anything more and it would be an eye saw. matt

haha, well we wanted to see what it looked like too. So Al taped one of his stock spoilers to that back of his car. I must say its the only time i have ever seen the stock spoiler work.
Looks a bit like this I know a few dont like the way it tapers down and I will post a pic of another idea in a few days. Bad news that I found out today with the help of murci is that the 2+0 hatch glass is about 5cm wider than the 2+2. Initial spoilers will be for the 2+2 but I will replicate for a 2+0 down the track. Gee my work van is a sexy beast.

exactly tom. me and mikey partied on the non gayest club on the gayest street in sydney. now thats saying something. and i bet the 2+0 looks exactly the same as if you need pics!
Of course it looks the same Rob, but the slope of the glass will change it slightly and, as ztoy said, it will take a little longer for the 2+0 version to be ready. Gosh you're silly sometimes.
