not positive on the grade of steel we use, but it is a direct fit, we supply everything including the spacer for the flywheel,

yea wasn't real keen on the flywheel spacer so just milled 10mm off bellhousing. how much do yous charge for adapter plate and spacer?

Pics of wet sump we made. No mods to cross member required. It has baffles, trap doors and windage tray. A lot of work, althuogh Nissan make a sump for Nissan Pathfinder, with a well at rear and relatively cheap. It apperntly fits Z32 chassis with no mods. We made this sump as we wanted a larger capacity and baffled sump for racing.

We made it with a removable pan for inspection and to access the bolts to secure it to the block.

You can buy cast iron exhaust manifold from USA but we are making in steam pipe in house.

Now going dry sump which just arrived this week, so we are into it.
Same company taht made this sump make them for V8 Supercars. It is made from billet alloy adn is a girdle, sump, oil air separator, dry sump pump and oil filter bracket all in one. Very clever design. It will make egnien more reliable, as strong oil flow and pressure at high revs, helps piston rings seal better by creating prssure in crak case instead of pressure, also less drag for crank so more power. Less weight in front as oil tank will go in left rear of the car. Also allows us to move the engine further back and lower, lowering the weight in the car, allows us to raise the steering rack to get rid of bump steer, rather than spacing the outer steering pivot point down. It also allows us to run a better front air dam in under tray, as has more clearance. Pics to follow.

Also looking at getting this snazzy alloy and carbon fibre Cosworth Plenum.

Nice plenum - make your own though it's much more ... errr ... fun?
No fun isn't the right word  more sense of satisfaction though even if it isn't quite perfect ;)

looking forward to seeing how the weight & balance comes out when this is all fitted :)

Your 27/10 pics have turned into red crosses John. This should be really good, apparently these engines flow like a mofo, big power from low boost.

    OK update on our progress.
Made custom plenum, mounting turbo's high and rear, east west in engine bay, using Tial stainless V Band turbine housings and Turbo Smarts new Compact Wastegates, made jig for 6Boost to make custom steam pipe manifolds, redid some of the intercooler pipes to suit, totally stripped interior and linished all excess brackets, welds etc and painted. Had an engineer make bell housing adapter.

Very limited options with top feed injectors we require running E85 fuel, side feeds won't flow enough. We even used VG30DETT throttle bodies.

I did notice that. Any estimate to when you think it will be completed? It sure is a unique zed now.

Interesting plenum, the big balance pipe at the rear is to help even out cylinder air distribution? I like it :)

its looking more and more like a vg. I had always thought that people gitting a vk would favour a single turbo and that this might be motivation for the conversion.

Int his case its basically a alloy VG without all the strong internalls you had on the last motor

I think the work your doing is great and quality, but I would say I have to agree with rollin.
