hey all. before anybody gets up and anty like in previous post jsut read what is writen here and only post if interested. no disrespect. as you all know the melbourne autosalon 08 is vast approaching. held in the exhibition centre and done over 2 days. im jsut on here wondering whether anybody wants to come along in the club section. which is more of a show and shine than a show/compeditor entry. such as high sound output and dyno runs. there are stil prizes and etc. but im thinking of entering for more rather promoting this association and zeds alike. bare in mind this actually is a car show so there will be no need for stock zeds. im sorry if this offends but its not what the autosalon was made for.. we need modified 300zxs. so im calling on fellow zedders with nice rides, as i know you have, that have minor to major modifications to step forward, put up your hand and attend the show. preferably a range of colours woulld be good but its not a neccesity. i need 5+ more zeds to go under the 300zx assiciation banner with lights. the club needs more than 6 cars to enter the competiton days are : october 4th and 5th with the cost being around : $100 - $200 depending on what we require (power) for the day. please post your interest here if genuinly interested!! also post up pics of your car, so i have a fair idea of what it looks like as well as specs. more info will be given as it arrives. look forward to great replies and lots off attention. hope to see you fellow zedders there. kind regards. rod.
and the rest... if you are going to do a half decent display you will pay more last year between 6 of us we paid $600+ the cost of the show and getting our own cars ready. + anything else like suits or clothes we needed.. its very much worth it... but more then just the cost to get in the door if your going to do anything decent...
how does that work? see i wont be needing a 3 phaze energy supply.. not that i know of anyways.. the lights can be powered but a 15 amp. the banner i can pay for of my own expence.. i dont get how you paid 600 ? a full 3 phaze energy unit, x3 car park, and entry is 570.. ? or am i misreading? i got a quote of 270..
