After a long while between drinks we finally had another Z meet in SA on Sunday. I'm not sure on the exact number of cars, but it was definitely the best turn out we've ever had! Even without my Z there angry: had to bring the Lancer), and without Trevor's 2ZXTRM (rode with Dangerous), we had I think about 16 Z's at one stage. After meeting up at Le Cornu's car park, checking out all the Z's and swapping stories we cruised off to Belair national park. Was a nice casual cruise there, although I'm not sure what the other road users would've been thinking when they saw a procession of 16 zeds parked outside the cemetary where we stopped for a short photo shoot. Once we arrived at the national park and overcrowding the carpark we finally entered the park, where we drove around until we found a suitable free area to park all the cars. From there we set ourselves up on the oval where we enjoyed a nice lunch picnic and bbq, but not before I showed off my superior footy skills and torp kicking prowess! Thanks again to Paul for organizing the day and it was excellent to see so many new members there. Hopefully some of the guys & girls who had cameras with them on the day will post some pics soon.
No probs.. here's just a few pics (~2Megs).... Ended up being a beautiful day, and I even got a little sunburnt. Sorry I didn't take more pictures. On the next get together we'll need to line up the cars again for a group shot... we had 20 Zeds at Le Cornu's meeting point initially, and we lost a few before we got to National Park. Hope everyone had a good day. Here's a few pics In Traffic... Various Zeds... which belongs to who? Mr H's nice new interior... Couple more Zeds and the group, but check out those mags on that Flooded Lancer ;-)
Great turn out Thanks Turbo Z! seeing you posted those pics of my interior & a few asked details I checked out 6 trimmers & I can recommend Serge & his son Misha, Winner Products at Richmond for workmanship & being a good honest family business.
