Hi all have just received my zed from a week in the shop with PZP (Tom) and lets just say i am a little more then impressed, when i sent my car in it was in the dumps, had bad boost leak and erratic idle and was almost underivable and thanks to a dyno Tom done, it was clear why i was poorly running at 150rwhp. Anywho to make a long story short, for $2200 he has made 1 happy zedder out of me, things he done include -Replace SMIC's with a FMIC -Re-Tune to 14psi (with a switch for 9psi aka economy) -Coil Pack -ect ect ect.. Well enough of the talk, heres the pic to prove it, with lill labels :bash:

i saw your car the other day.. that bonnet is a bit of a slut its amazing what just getting the thing running right has done (middle curve) and then a healthy load of extra boost.. that bottom curve is hillarious.. i bet it feels like a different car

So what was fixed to improve power? Like over stock? IBoost leaks and coilpacks and all are important but not to increase power. I assume you got the ECU chipped and you mentioned the intercooler, anything else?
vaughn.. basically all you see there is a rooted car, massive boost leak and rooted packs (yes you lose bucket loads of power) stock TT has alot more than 140 odd at the wheels.. thing was running so rich that it was burning toms eyes second curve is very standard for a stock TT running well all you need is pod/zaust and tune (plus a good healthy dose of extra boost)
Yeah, but that's about 250 RWKW. So I assume it was tuned with the biger intercooler intake and exhaust but just wondered what else he was running. i.e. what sort of boost controller, any drivetrain mods (since a light driveshaft and some transmission mods increase power through decreasing power loss) blah blah blah
haha you can't turn boost jets on or off, they are just welding tips in the wastegate actuator lines.. you can install them yourself
No, the missle switch looks cool...DUH And you can have some inspirational music in the background...you know, "highway to the danger zone" or something.
me personally, none.. but the car has had alot done, fuel pump rebuilt turbos slotted break disc's magnaflow exhaust errr yer a tone... like really not sure i brought the car of a member (buzz-1985) i think was hes user name, and im not car savey all i know is i brought the opposite of a lemon
haha but no Something to do with some relay so it runs stock boost most of the time Ill dig out the PM from Z4L later Ahh... Top Gun... those were the days... when we all wanted to be pilots and Tom Cruise wasn't crazy Good times.
