Hi everyone, does anybody have a digital template for a 2+2 interior trim? Something which can be printed out and placed upon new fabric so the new cuts are a perfect fit, particularly interested in the door cards.

    Benny_C About as subtle as...

This might be a silly question, but are you able to use your old coverings to pull off and lie flat to use as the template? (you may not have them, hense you asking though)

Yep I even got the iron out to flatten them! cut them out from there but left about 1cm just incase, was doing a dry run and noticed the door cards need to be cut quite spot on or else the upper areas of the door cards dont line up.

If someone were to draw up a template it would be a valuable contribution to the forum for cheapo's like me who buy a 5m roll of suede :)

I too bought some micro suede and did my drivers door and under the steering wheel.

    Worst thing I ever did.
The rub points are indeed rubbing through and the fabric doesn't stretch, so all harsh corners are folds (= crap).

My suggestion: don't use suede unless it came from a trim shop. And Spotlight and Textile Traders probably doesn't count.
