[TAS] Symmons Plains 1st/2nd March

Hi guys & girls,
it's round one of the Toyo Drift Australia Series on March the 1st & 2nd @ Symmons Plains. Would be great to get a group together and drive up to check it out. Caz, & WOKBURNER will be there... it would be great to say hi to Caz (for the first time) and WOKBURNER again and to check out some tire frying action.
So who's keen???

 

Oh hell yes, sounds great.

Though I'll be driving down, rather than up. Will make every effort to be there for at least 1 day.

DRIFT ZED WILL BE IN ACTION!!!

Still got lots to atm the moment to get it ready but its looking good. Going to be a big weekend travelling Sydney, Melbourne, Devonport, the Plains and back in 5 days with some drifting in there somewhere.

Hopefully we can learn from some of the trials last year and make the Z start showning its colours. Dan is phsyced to be back in the beast again for this year with some cool changes coming for the car. Wait and see.

If you want to see a real Zed V8 conversion in the flesh get down and say hi, come see Caz for some Zed bits, and hope to see you there to JONO and the Tassie boys in force.

Is sunday going to be just as good as saturday??, because i think that i will only be able to make it on Sunday

I am sure that 10 6yr old kids would love to party in a Z. they love coming in mine..the parents are jealous most of the time though i think, that i am taking the kids for a ride and not them..lol..
it is funny how they (the kids) say make it go whoooosssss lol get the bov's humming....lol... Sorry guys diffinately out this year, but I will be there for the next one with bells on.
I want to see some great vids and pics though.

Have a safe drive there all who are going. no doubt as usual there will be a lot of idiots on the road after the weekend is done and dusted.

Any time is better than not at all Odin Sunday is great, so is Saturday and I'm looking forward to Friday too.... LOL

Saturday is practice for top level DA cars(thats the DriftZ), Sunday morning qualifying and then battles .

We really need to get a cruise organised tho... even if its just to meet up at the docks and go for dinner and drinks one night... (ie: saturday - so we can party afterwards).
