hi,im a new member here after buying my first t/t 300zx a few months back and reading alot, ive decided to join the forum
ive brought this up in the other p/s thread

To remove the high pressure and allow the t/t pump to be used when hicas is deleted on a t/t,should you devane the pump or do the spring and plunger removal mod or both
I have seen both methods discussed in other threads on here, which is better
Do both do the same thing ???
I am doing this mod myself as my hicas was screwing me around,i have fitted the hicas lockbar and the banjo fitting at the rear and im running the hicas return line back to the p/s ressy

which method is best when plugging up the hicas hole in the p/s pump and blocking the extra outlet at the ressy
which method is best when keeping the hicas line and just running it back to the ressy,

    im confused,thanks for your help

    I did both

I devaned the second (rear chamber) and pulled the spring. I put a cap on the out put side of the rear chamber. I acquired a NA PS resevoir so no need to worry about rerouting ps lines from the resevoir.
