Hi i am based in Quakers Hill, Sydney, and want to know if there is a Sydney based 300zx Club or someone local with some knowledge about 300zx's or somebody willing to lend an ECU, as i have 2 dead rear cylinders. I have replaced the CAS, the PTU and the Injectors as per previous recommendations from forum members and still having the problems. Somebody outside of the forum told me their friend had a similar problem on a different vehicle, and it turned out to be the ECU, so fingers crossed. Help needed please! :(

Did you try the spark plugs and coilpacks? :D
Also try a compression test if all else fails.

Yes we have tried the sparkplugs and coilpacks. We replaced the whole fuel rail. I don't even want to think about low compression :(

Eastern creek is so close! do you mean WSID?

    Yep, he does. :D

I haven't been for a while. I'm only about 15 minutes from WSID. Got a few Wednesdays opening up soon, should be able to make some nights.

Should be able to. Probably won't race though. Can feel my clutch starting to slip, need for it to hold on about 2 more months. :(

Yeah im about 15-20 away too :)
I should be down, was down there not long ago, watched a friend in the burnouts lol.

Car is stuck up in the garage. We have a trailer, we are just stumped on what to do with it.

Not sure if it'd be worth bringing it over on a trailer, especially at night. Mitch and Emile can fix these things with two peanuts and a cable tie though...
