    It depends if you want to go further and change roll centres. I tis Better to raise the rear closer to the chassis, which changes lower control arm to have more squat like S15, R33 and R34 have and JUN make a" Traction Cradle " for S13 and R32, which basically has geometry changes to get more squat angle. By raising the rear rather than lowering the front you not only improve squat angle but also raise roll centre, which is better for lowered cars. Although if doing this you need to raise the front roll centre like we did on Rob's Black Beast. See forum car builds section.
