I've been looking at that Xenarc screen for some time now, as I'm currently designing a Z-puter. Quite a pricey screen, however its the only one I have found of such high quality and clarity. The only problem I have with it is that it won't slide into a standard DIN slot in the dash without modification, its slightly too wide. I want something that I can fold away out of sight.Also that PC, whilst its a neat package its frightfully expensive. You can get a VIA EPIA motherboard with everything on board + 1Ghz CPU for under $300AUD now. That is what i'm currently looking at getting. The motherboard is roughly as big as a CD hard case, so its easy to tuck away =)
Ive got a Pioneer LCD if anyone wants it Its been sitting behind my desk for about 6 months. 5.5inch screen, the model number is TV-X60 (CPN1429). Its a japanese one and all I have is the screen and remote (no connection cable) but im sure if someone is electronically minded they can hook it up one way or another. Im back in perth in a week so anyone willing to take me for a spin and its theirs. Houndz
I'm always up for a cruise! Count me in for a spin but it'll be about 4 weeks til I get back to Perth to do it :|
