Hi all yesterday I decided to check my TPS setting .It was reading 0.42v so I adjusted as per the tech article and achieved a 0.45v reading . After this I disconnected the TPS and adjusted the base idle and all was sweet . I then thought I would reset the ECU and so disconnected the battery for a few hours . Now the car seems to be running fine but I swear that the boost is not coming on as early as pre work.It used to start pulling around 2750-3000rpm but now seems to start pulling at around 3500-3750rpm. I am still getting the same amount of boost as before but just seem to have lost a bit down low???. Any theories or have I gone mad?.

TPS setting @ .45 is not critical, and ...

... settings either side will affect performance to a small degree. Reset to .42v, which is well within spec and see if makes a difference.

Unfortunately after changing back to 0.42vdc

there seems to have been no noticeable change . So I can only suspect that the reset of the ECU has inspired this change of power delivery??.

Don't worry, The ECU will relearn all your bad driving habbits soon enough and power will be restored ** only joking**

But seriously, the ECU will self learn again.
