Okay, so i unscrew all my injectors so that i can take them to my injector guy, and get flowd cleaned ect, but i notice only one of them has a little black nozzle on the end! Can someone say if these nozzle cover things are neccecary and if my engine would have been put togther like that (missing nozzles) or i was rough removing them and theres five nozzle things floating around in my engine(which i dont think is the case but could well be?)

    Its not

unusual to have the pintle caps go missing, it wont hurt your engine, they will be long gone and burnt by now. Leave your injectors in the rail for testing, the caps will replaced by the injection guys.

Yeah pintle caps are perishable, they will (or at least should) replace them. Just make sure they're not still stuck in the o-ring you pulled them from.
