starting problem

i just tried to start the car and no go. i turned the key to acc and there are no ignition lights. any ideas?

 

Maybe a list of what does and doesnt work

Could be one of the fusable links, the funny looking fuses near the brake booster. Inspect them see if any are blown and swap them around. Had a similar thing not long ago

 

Flat battery.

yep, swapped them around and still no go

 

i thought it was battery at the start too but i've recharged it and still dont work. its around 75% according to the charger but the batt should be still good

 

Do you have a immobiliser?

and if so, does it have a fuse... check it.

 

Do headlights or other electrics still work?

does sound like battery.

They can 'look' OK but drop a cylinder and lose charge despite the charger indicating OK.

PS: my battery guy is on 0414872132. They will deliver and install for ~$100ish

i turned on the alarm, armed and disarmed it. i had the alarm off for awhile but always started but anywho, it has started.
