They gave me a "car club" discount because of the quantity, and a discount on the postage as well. Adding in the currency conversion fees from the "Which Bank", the landed cost is $6.80 each. Not bad for a product that sells at US$7 in the US.

I reckon I can get quite a few in a C5 prepaid envelope so the postage cost is $1.20 per order.

I have the following expressions of interest for the caliper versions (M10) and the clutch slave version (M7):

    angrybear 8 + 2
    Chrispy 8 + 0
    Chili 4 + 1
    ZX2NV 4 + 1
    ltd 4 + 0
    heavytrevy 4 + 0

I therefore have 8 M10s and 6 M7s left over, plus some more if any of the above have changed their minds since expressing an interest.

    Anybody want them?

I think I should have bought some more.

In order of reply, Andy Mac and 90TTZ got the 8 M10s, but Chrispy has released 2 of his so now I have two for Hyper101.

    Including Brock32, I am short 6 M10s, but I have 3 M7s left which I am sure will find a home.

I'll give up 4 of mine that I have no immediate need for, so that sorts out Stu and leaves me 2 for Brock32, plus any from those who changed their mind.

If anybody else wants some I can get some more pretty simply. They are very easy to deal with, and using Skype means the phone call costs three-eighths of five-ninths of SFA.

    Any more takers?

    Here's where we end up.

    angrybear 4+1
    chrispy 6+2
    Chilil 4+1
    ZX2NV 4+1
    ltd 4+0
    heavytrevy 6+0
    Hyper101 4+1
    Brock32 4+0
    ZX1990 4+1
    Whitenight 0+2
    Zductiv 0+1

    Totals 40 + 10 = all gone for now.

Happy to do it again if there is interest. I will get some more for my other Zed at some point

what are these? and what do they do?

    No Pete

The M7 (meaning 7mm metric thread) is a bleeder for the clutch slave cylinder. These bleeders are designed to turn the two man job of bleeding hydraulics into a one man job. The speed bleeder body has a one way valve in it meaning the fluid can only come out and air can't go back in. So you open it up get in the car and pump the pedal until all the air is out. Just be careful to keep the master cyinder topped up while you are doing it.

The sump plug tap that heavytrevy mentioned is a cool looking gadget, but nothing to do with the hydraulic system.

Any dramas on your trip back to Wagga from Jas' place the other week?

That'll be right, sounds like i would get the products mixed up. Not sure but do you believe your supplier can get their hands on these? They would save a fair bit of time in servicing.

Gald you remembered me!! Yeah no problems mate thanks for asking, but discovered the strut bolts that held the shock wern't on that tight....must of either worked their way loose or my dodgy workmanship :p

It was a fun trip to say the least and was a pleasure in meeting you in person....we have to catch up for sure next time.....hows z fest 2010 in wagga sound??:p

    Cheers,

    Pete

Thanks mate. I'm definitely in but only wanted the clutch slave one, not the calipers.

    Thanks,
