Special thanks to XOTIC-ZX for todays SA Down South Run! :thumbsup:

It was a fully sunny day out and it was Xotic-Zx's (Sall) first crooz and she did a wild job of organising the first SA event for 2006. We had 6 Zed 32's and 5 Z31's turn up which was good to see.

The crooz went through the Western Suburbs and into the Southern Beaches.

It Was wild fun and every 1's cars were as hot as the conditions!

SORRY all i was at work, and poor car hasnt got an engin atm...

Would have loved to come on the Z cruse today.... pretty annoyed that i missed it, but she will be all ready and new engin all fitted in time for the next ctruse...

Sounds like you all had a great time.. Where did it end up goin??...

Its great to hear that the first SA cruise for 2006 went well, and congrats to all that made the day a success. I am just sorry that I had to miss it through work.

To show that I was thinking of you all though I took a photo on Sunday night after work.

After the cruise I went to pick up my aussie spec zed which just had an engine swap. On the test drive the F@#$#@$ing TPS sensor screwed up:LOL::angry::LOL: oh well shes all good now:thumbsup:

makes me homesick seeing Seaford though. I just spent 2 weeks over christmas back in Adelaide and really didn't want to leave

I had an absolute blast, im glad everyone else did to. I was really happy with how everyone got along really well, Everyone was fantastic and friendly and welcomed each other which was really good to see. I dragged along a few guys that hadnt heard of the Aus300 club so hopefully they'll be joining up soon.
Im already all excited about the next Sa cruise and it hasnt even been organised yet. It was really good to see soo many Z31s come out on the cruise- thanks guys!

Brenton and i have taken stacks of photos so they will be up soonishy (i'll be going overseas today so feel free to hassel and abuse brenton -Chobis if they're not up soon) Thanks Brenton your a champ!! :thumbsup:

A huge thankyou to James who had the balls to stand around to take photos (and has constantly pointed out in previous posts to note the 'sexy stud' next to the blue car so feel free to direct your attention there again, im sure it'll make him a very happy man) while the cop ever so slowly pulled in the carpark and headed in our direction. i can honestly say myself and a few other zedders pretty much literlly pissed ourselves. Hopefully james will be posting those photos up soon?
And of course a huge huge megaly thanks to Brenton who strutted towards the cop the min he arrived to smooth talked him into not getting out his defect book (I swear he must have batted an eyelash or did an imaginary flicking of your hair or somthing!!!!)

Also id like to mention I swear 2 days before the cruise it said it was going to be 33 degrees.... not 39!!! I didnt intentionally mislead you, i swear!!!!
But thankyou for everyone coming even tho we nearly burnt our arses 'sitting' on our fenders whilst waiting for brenton to take photos with the pile of everyone elses cameras he had.

Overall it was a fantastic day and im REALLY REALLY looking forward to the next one. As azzurro mentioned towards the end of the cruise, it'd be great aiming for a cruise once a month i think thats a splendid idea! Hopefully tho we'll be able to get over 20 zeds. Surely thats not a hard task!

Thanks once again for coming and for being a great bunch of friendly guys. Also thanks for the compliments about my car, i appreciate it and its totally made my day

That is one of the finest looking 300's I have seen in a long time. Love the body kit and vented guards. Hopefully next time I will get to see it in person.

Thanks for that sazedboy i appreciate it Its my daily driver so unfortuneatly its got a lot of imperfections that i know are there (which are slowly getting fixed). You definatly cant back out on the next one, what were you thinking putting work as a priority over a zed cruise???!?!?

 

A great day. Our first Zed Cruise and I had a great time. Pics soon.

I have a fair few pics that I will put up in the next couple days, hopefully even tomorrow if I can work out how to do it. Of course, I can't sit here all day and be paid to put photo's up on here, but I reckon it's fair if I spend half the day doing it.

Anyway, just wanted to say that we had a great day on the cruise. Sally and I had never been on a Zed cruise before and were pleased to find everyone so friendly. One downside was the extreme 39 degree temperature, but the only person I heard whinging about that was me.

The only other downside was that we lost a couple of the guys in the Z31's, so my apologies to JAZ and Darren for that.

 

Yeh not happy I missed it...

Sorry, just one of the joys of working in retail. But as long as I have plenty of notice I will be there, and hopefully the new veilside body kit will have been installed.

Imperfections? Well you definately hide them well.
