I have just filled up the tank all the way till the bowser clicked. An drove bout 2km home pulled up smelt fuel an there was fuel leaking back out the cap. The cap WAS on properly an i didn't over fill the tank stoped at the first click.

Now i would like to know if there is some sort of hose some were along the filler neck that relive's fuel pressure an could it be block (Is it easy to see/get to).

Almost all the time after driving i notice that if i walk near the filler i can hear built up fuel pressure hissing out the cap.

Has any one had this problem or know how to solve it.

either that or those who did your ADR compliance have used a silicon or rubber to put your fuel neck in, which in short time breaks down and you get what you've described. This happened to me so I used some selleys metal putty stuff from bursons to fix it up, and its been fine ever since. try searching because there are a few other topics similar to this

is your carbon canister in place? if not, you might find a hose blocked off where a one way valve should be.

Yep, happens after compliance installing the unleaded filler pipe. Almost certainly you need to seal the outside of the filler neck. See green arrow below:

Using this (buy it at Bunnings):
