Update on this: Got my payout, picking up new Zed tomorrow. New one is a 92 model 2+2 TT, in much better condition than my old one with a freshly rebuilt motor (Only done 7k since rebuild and have receipts for it all). Works out well because after owning the 2+0 I've realised I want a 2+2. Only down side is it's an Auto but I got my old one back so using it to convert my new one in a few weeks when I can afford to be without the car for a day or 2. Old Zed, as it's perfectly fine aside from a dent, is becoming a track car. Mechanic has a fully manualised auto with a 4000RPM stall converter laying around so when I strip the manual gear from this for my new one, the manualised auto is going in along with a foot-switch to neutral it (Basically provide the function of a clutch). Will be used for motorkhana style stuff and as a drift bunky. Something I can thrash and go "Meh" if I total it.
