Smoothed Timing Covers

Where exactly do you cut these to make them removable? Are you able to post a diagram / annotated photo.....if I ask really nicely

Edit.....oh wait, is it just the screw "lugs" on the back of the cover? Or do you remove any of the cover itself?

Thanks mate, fair few hours in these, not happy with them yet so looks like a few more hours to go

Never thought about it too much, if it's not good, I'll take them off and fix them at a later date

Thanks for posting the link Jono, that's exactly what I used.

Going to take the giant plastic knob off the PTU side of the covers, I think it's there for the PTU loom which I no longer have there...

 

This is actually a good point! And will be interesting to see how time fairs on the job....

 

Plastic weld them if you're worried. Did that with mine. No pictures 'til they're done though.
