I am trying to fit my smic's I got from james off the foru, amd was wondering if anyone has any suggestion to a problem I seem to be having. With the smic's fitted I find that when I go to re-install my indicator lights in the front bar the back of them sit very tightly against the coolers. Is there something I should be "bending or moving so that they dont sit so tightly againsgt them?
Thanks for any advice and help in advance

There is some modification required for the indicators. Moving the bulb holder or something. Have a search, should come up :)

thanks but not sure how the bulb etc would look. I am not keen on that 1. I got the drivers side done and the light fits well now angled the brackets etc, but passenger side is a f*** nitemare. Dont know whether to remove the CC or leave it on?........Any suggestions? Even more so for fuel smell during summer???? Any thoughts or comments please.........

Well I ended up removing the CC and then just bent slightly the brackets that hold up the Ic's and now all is good. The side lights/indicators fit well and there is just a couple of mm or more between back of globe holders and ic's. So quite happy. Wouldnt mind relocating the overflow tanl but not sure as to where> Also did all the block off vac lines etc as in "Robo's" cc removal car sounds much beefer running now so its just a matter of getting her out on the road now and see if I can feel any difference. I am a tad worried though as the vac lines all broke off just short off where they come out in front of the radiator on the front RHS but hope that should be ok. Cant smell any fuel yet so I hope all is good. Will try and find where in tech section I can find to remove the hard lines left from the cc removal. Any suggesstions or advice??
