Just wondering what a good price would be for some new brake rotors, standard size but slotted all round set. I have a few options currently. Also are RDA a good brand to use as replacement newies?
Most people use these: http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/390182707853?ssPageName=STRK:MESINDXX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1436.l2649 Around $250 delivered, excellent quality and nobody can fault them yet.
Erm, I can. The RDA or DBA whichever it was are already painted/powder coated. These ebay ones will need the hub painted or in a or fortnight they're gonna look crap. My last set from Caz, needed painting too. In the future I'll be buying the pre-painted rotors. Not worth the hassle for a few dollars which is then spent on spray paint and tape. lol
I'm sure it's not too much hassle to give them a lick of caliper/drum spray paint. I was looking at RDA ones in Melbourne (don't think they were painted) for $345 + post full set. Still gonna browse a bit more.
I can Running e-bay rear rotors atm, pretty much rubbish. Stay away from drilled ones, only a short time till the cracks start appearing. Why i can even destroy good quality ones.
No Matt They were DBA's, but my fault entirely, didn't do a cool down lap, just came off the track and parked it and heard "ping'
