    Hey guys,
Just got my zed back from UAS where the boys fitted an excellent single exhaust system.
3 ¼" engine pipes back with twin hot dogs and racing titanium muffler.
    Sounds great.
For the $ and weight that you save in a single exhaust, I'd defiantly say that its worth it.
Unless you really want the look of twin pipes.
    Happy zeding :zlove:

I think you might have lost the weight saving with that wing ;)

Exhaust looks "the goods", but be careful with that wing.........

The Plods are now engaged in knocking off everyone who has endplated wings, as being potential "pedestrian killers".
There is already one green Z in the Kellyville area, that has had to remove the endplates, and it kind of ruins the look and the function of the wing.

    Exhaust =>

I have a single exhaust on mine and it sounds great :zlove:

I would lose the wing tho! Comes down to personal taste.

the endplates shouldn't effect the function of the wing too much

they are just there to cut down on wing tip vortices, not really a problem at car speeds (more useful in the transonic range with massive wings), although i seriously doubt the aerodynamic benefit of such generic wings which are probably untested. Aftermarket 'aero' parts are something of a load IMO, usually they just go yeh this looks fast, it must have aerodynamic benefits.

Err...The point of my post was that DEFECT NOTICES are issued....

to vehicles sporting endplates, not to get greatly concerned about wing tip vortices.
Personaly, I think those wings look sh#thouse on Z's, but each to his own.:p;)

That style of rear wing can be very functional.....

if you're at a BBQ it's handy to sit your beer on while you're eating your steak sandwich

i also have a single exhaust, always sounds different to twin..

ive often pondered exactly how much weight i would be saving, couldnt be more than 20kg..

Personally, I don't think they look right with single exhaust...

because the rear bumper is designed to have one out each side.

    yeah i agree

It doesn't look all that good from behind, but looks great from the front and you can actually feel a significant difference at speed with these spoilers.
As for the defects, thanks I didn't know that but I'll keep em on till they tell me to take them off.
