    My car is running abit rough at the moment so I want to change the plugs, oil and oil filter.
    what plugs do I buy for it?

    Just use a quality semi or full synthetic oil 15W-40 or 10W-40, use full synthetic if you give it a hard time. Oil Filter is Ryco Z145A. Spark Plugs in NGK Copper is BCP6ES-11 or Iridium BKR6EIX-11.

    If its running rough its more likely an electrical connector that will be causing the problem.

    NGK plugs as per manual;

    Non-Turbo, PFR6G-11
    Twin Turbo, PFR6B-11B

    Use a 10-40 or 15-40 oil. Tried 20-50s and 15-60s and they are way too heavy killing fuel economy big time.
