Just wanted to start the thread to say a huge THANKYOU to Scott (BlackiceTT) for putting on such a great day. Was good to put faces to names and swing a few spanners in all in the name of upgrades Some very nice Zeds there (how many would you say guys, 20?) and everyone in the mood to talk cars and nothing else! Heaven. Glad I got the Zed up that driveway easily emough, but never again unless I put in the airbags Cranked the stereo ALL the way home (targas off ofcourse) and now I've had a bit of time to tune in those subs and set up the Dolby that baby serously cranks. Thanks for putting up all the tools, drinks and sausages too Scott, Champion! I'm sure everyone else who came along agrees.
here here!!!!! Scott your the Man!!!! It was a great day, the bad weather report passed to give us all day to get the jobs we needed to to done on our rides. I enjoyed everyones company, and was good to see such an impressive turnout. Thanks heaps Scott for all that you did, without you hosting the tech day... It probably wouldn't have happened. Hope everyone else had a great time, as I did.:thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup::thumbsup:
Awesome WA Tech day!! I had a great time, thanks Scotty for hosting it and thanks to everyone who helped me install my accessories, i wouldn't have had a clue if i did it myself  There was at least 20 Z's there, crazy "driveway" to get up. Its great to put a face to a forum name... The drive home was interesting to say the least  Hopefully there will be a turnout like that on the 25th for the upcoming cruise, we'll see if those upgrades actually did anything Mike
Special thanks to you too Dub!!! For all your help. really appreciated it!! Evan, for your diagnostics report Scottie for his engine tests, He was working his heart out to help everyone accomplish there mods for the day... Amazing! As well as everyone else...
:thumbsup::thumbsup: Yeah, I felt kinda bad about Scott working all day, maybe next time he can just tell us where to stick our tools Was great, even being pulled over by the police on the way home.. The guy seemed a tad annoyed and said it was abuse of the system that my permit should allow me 'to and from a place of repair' when it wasn't a licensed repairer. But hey that's all the DPI stipulates so.. I win, teehee.
No probs Terry, cheers for the cruise on the way home I sat on the speed limit to see how your new speedo was going. Did it go ok?
Pics, all 38 of 'em!!! Dial-up smoker inside>>> These are most of the pics I managed to take on the day. Like I said, some really nice Zeds there
It sure was great to meet and greet forum members, really big thank-you to Scotty and DUB doing my bovs worked well on the way home. And to see the PHATT in person trully awesome car that sound system was just mad!!! Scotty you really worked your butt of doing everbody's car YOUR A LEGEND MATE!
how dare you guys still have warm weather!! looked like a top day brad.. My god, could your car be any lower??:LOL: Cheers
Yeah very happy! I have to slightly adjust it up a little as 6 km/h out 40km/h reads as being 34km/h actual. So needle needs to be slightly moved, but should be able to estimate approx 5-6km/h adjustment. attempt it tomorrow
Happy to host  Good turn out. Will host another some time down the track. Looks like I will be eating snaggers for breakfast lunch and dinner for the next week hehehe. Should have got the BBQ going sooner but I lost tack of time, once when I looked at my watch it was 11 next time I was told the time it was 2 !!! time flys when your having fun. Last zed left the workshop at 9ish, after going for some Power runs in BLACKRICE. ..
