Can anyone see an benefits or otherwise in having a system that reactivates the wastegate solenoids (disconnected when AVC-R fitted) on closed throttle?
With standard wastegate soleniod setup, the ecu cuts the earth signal to the wg solenoids (ie disconnects them) on idle...Why would you want to engage them, especially if you have an aftermarket boost controller? Suppose you could hook up to the Throttle Valve switch which senses closed and open throttle (Note: this is different to the Throttle positioning sensor)
