Hi guys, I have a 1990 manual NA I'm swapping in a 97 short block, heads, upper plenum and injectors with jwt mild cams. heads will be match ported to lower plenum and polished. Already have a s2 PTU and plugs hard wired into my loom. I'm going to do a 200k service at the same time and replace whatever else looks like it needs it. Can I run my s2 injectors amd short block with s1 ECU with a type 2 nistune board and s1 loom if I just change the injector plugs over? Do I need to change my cas to one from a later model? Which cams do I need? Coz seems to show 2 kinds on his site, are they dependent on heads? Cheers guys Any problems I should expect to run into?
Yeah I told you this is ok in the email. Just get S1 cams and run your current cam gears and Cas and it will plug straight into your loom.
