Chill out guys, if we all had the same tastes our cars would no longer be unique. And not like it's an irreversible body mod. Some people like them, most don't. Just makes your own zed look better by comparison in your own eyes then does it not? And besides they're not that bad, plenty worse you could do to a zed if you ask me.
Sorry all but the stock lights are good for what they are - but they are dated and plain, I like the ferrari lights because of the fact they are a little different, but I believe they are nowhere as good as they could be. I also hate the centre panel that goes with the ferrari set. So PLEASE if he wishes to do this mod remember its his choice and its not fatal, (like someone elses Aston conversion). To the OP I do recommend retaining the stock lights so if you sell the car you can pass them on to the new owner, as you have seen not everyone here likes these lights. Wow....agreed. This is the first time I've ever seen a Z32 that looks good with rounds tails. It's most likely because they are recessed, whereas most of them stick out like cheap trailer lights. It would definitely be a mod I'd consider if the stock tails weren't such a signature piece of the Z. IMO you take them away and you giving the car a vote of no confidence. Yes you can argue this for many other items, but the tails are one thing that is instantly recognisable as Z32.
Agree that white one looks very well done! Someone should put a bomb in the black one at the bottom of that post though! WTF But yeah guys stop ragging on the Ferrari tail lights, I'll have a set to sell soon lol!

and so does everything about his Zed. It should be noted that he also used a one piece panel across the rear and deleted the hatch key hole, so it is a very clean look. If you want to go round, you have to do a good job of it.
Likewise my 4 pot LED's from the uk z centre is a one piece panel with no keyhole although you can get them in the 3 piece panels if you like. Note: Gonzo used his own wide body kit and simply placed a panel over the ferrari style lights at the back so that they appear recessed
got to admit that even though i don't really like the pot look if I was forced to have it i'd go for the 6 pot.. Every single car listed in this thread, bar the white one with 32 lights molded into zed lights, looks like arse. Procky, please post up the two cars you think pull the round lights off, keen to have a squizz.
I strongly disagree. That was one of the cars I was referring to when I said "every single car listed in this thread, bar the white one with 32 lights moulded into zed lights, looks like arse". Looks like someone secretly wanted a TVR, but they butchered a zed trying to create one rather than buying a real one. It looks like a fat goldfish bowl, too round, no shape. The front bar is bleh, too. Just my opinion, lol.
