I'm currently on holidays in WA and the roads here are fantastic. I have always been worried about lowering the zed because of the Qld roads, but here, I won't have a problem. Looks like I'll be moving here. They know how to build a road network in WA. I'm currently in Bunbury..
Hey glad you think so.. the big highways are good but a lot of the old suburban bits aren't the best...
yummy roads down south... lots of nice roads down that way... the trip to Bunbury could deffinately be a speed run....lol
Yup, I was surprised how bad the Sydney roads were on the recent trip there. Was very nice to get back to the smooth feeling of Perth roads. Actually now I realise why so many ppl ask how I can have my Zed so low, in NSW the roads were so bad that I could see how a higher mounted Zed would definately be an advantage. Not the case here in WA, makes a huge difference to ride style
mate, Perth seems to be obsessed with roads, as you will see road works every where. mate if you drive to Perth City, you will come down a lovely smooth road, you will then see The city skyline in the distance... as you get to about South street, still a small distance from the city the road works start (new rail line) and continue up to the city. Mate, you will see them all over the place!
Yeah the buggers are planning some right outside my bedroom window just in time for me to start my night covers and be sleeping during the day.
