If I have aftermarket castpr rods on the front of my car and swap stock back in will it change my toe allingment?

    Yes it does affect toe.

+1 on this, so you will need to get an alignment after it, any work involving suspension on our cars more or less mean getting it aligned front and rear.

Edit: missed the word 'toe' when I read the first post, probably not relevant.

Do you have any other adjustable components, including suspension height? In theory with all stock parts in good condition your castor will be 'correct' with the stock castor rods back in. If the car has any accident history that may explain why it needed the adjustable ones.

Rule of thumb, touch suspension components in any way, you need an alignment.

    New bushings - Alignment
    Replacement parts - Alignment
    Ride height change - Alignment
Take it off and put it back on - Alignment

Measure the set you have in vs the set you want to put in - if there the same length you will be fine - if there not, you have your answer.

Technically they should be the same, however in reality they are often not as toe settings are often finely corrected when aftermarkets are put in.

If you had to get your alignment done when the A/Market ones went on then yes you should get it done again, if the alignment was not changed then its good practice to get it done but you can probably get away without doing it.
