Hey All!!!!!!!!! Its been a while! Over a year actually!!! Well truth be told, in August last year I sold my beloved black beauty! My TTZ was sold, she had a LOT of problems, the trans was gone, theengine was tired, had 50 psi in one cyl, smoked on idle, turbos ooozes oil into the cooler pipes, paint was going BAD, as in WHITE, and it wasnt getting any younger! Well as i said i sold her well just before i sold it i got a new high paying job, it doubled my last salary almost instantly, I now work for an international mining company in the IT dept all is well there, I bought a daily beater to drive to work, an `82 ford meteor, best thing i ever did, lol it has 600,000`s on the clock but who cares! i have to fill the oil up weekly but the car did only cost me $200!!!!! In april this year, me being the mature young 26 year old that i am purchased a new car (well new for me) its the newest car ive ever owned, its a MY02 Wrx in British Racing Green, its not the fastest thing going, i mean, its a LOT slower than my 300zxtt, but its nice, its quiet, roadworthy and was only 2 years old when i bought it, sure is nice to have a near new car, everything works and there are no home made modifications to make it do things that it should always have been able to, the car is bone stock but its great on fuel this way and its cheap to run, and cheap to insure, not to mention its an aussie delivered car that people actually carry spares for! It feels so good to tke passengers places and to have a boot again! the Awd is fun in the wet and sure makes driving really comfortable! The interior is bloody nice too! But i still miss my Z, i will always miss her, who knows, i might buy one next year cheap for a run around, i loved this car and i hated this car, but it was all good, i wouldnt say the most reliable, but definately one of the best experiences ive had. On a more personal side, all is well, im still playing guitar, and just bought a marshall valve full stack, 7 foot high amplifier, the neighbours love me! Ill drop in from time to time if thats ok! and ill contribute where i can, I still have some Z bits if anyone wants to buy them, I have a Half cage to suit a TT that i wanna sell for $200, so if anyone wants it just sing out! forgot to mention I sold her for the small sum of 10k....with 130,000ks on her... the guy that bought her has had nothing but trouble and has stripped it back for painting, something i would have loved to do but never could afford it and never had the time...

WB, C-B! Good to hear from you again. Any plans to get back into a Zed in the future? The Rex looks really nice, but if it was red, it would have brought you closer to your former glory, as Scooby-Do would have described it as "Red Rex" which would translate to ZX. JEALOUS ..??.... being jealous is one thing but the current rumour on the forum and in the brisbane cbd is even more disturbing ....!!! can anyone confirm that a certain "for life" person has been sighted regularly visiting a brisbane establishment, wearing t-shirt and speedos only .. this establishment sports the word "solarium" prominently in it's name.. ?? the request, i understand is .." please can you do something about these white, very white peg legs ..??? .. something in a deep golden tan would be just fine ...!!! balck baz - definitions : meetings .. the practical alternative to work ... :LOL::unsure::unsure::wacko::wacko:
