Well.... it had to happen one day... Some noob ran into the back of me. He is completely at fault and is in a company car so they have insurance which means i am looking for the best of the best when it comes to a panel beater. There is not much damage at all ( One tiny dent ) but it is the location of the dent that i think will make this hard. Please look at pics Below: The above picture shows on the panel where the dent is. Is it going to be a costly fix for them? Anything i should look out for? Best Places to go to get this fixed. Thanks for the recommendations so far. As you can see in the pic the dent is very minor. It is just on a awkward panel and being a perfectionist i want it back to 100%. Anyone else know of any good places?
Did you get the police and did he admit fault, because i had a P plater admit fault, no police and then he tried to contest it later, hope you got it all sorted
No police, I called the police and they said you only need to report it if : - Hit and run - If the other party refuse to provide you with details - If someone was injured - If a vehicle had to be towed from the scene - If there was any damage to public property. I have witnesses to the accident as well and it is basically impossible for him to even try and say he is not at fault as he rear ended me. I have spoken to the General Manager at their company and it was all implied he is at fault and if they contest it i have witnesses and pictures + my brother owns a law firm and my girlfriend is a solicitor so i will rape the shit out of them
