Rear Bearings and window issue

1st things 1st i got a noisey rear bearing so i contacted Nissan they said $410 for 1! is there a cheaper option?


2nd i'm hopefully going to change my window motor this w/e but how do i lower the window to get to the last screws to take off the door trim?

cbc bearing $110 trade i think.
repco can get them aswell as general bearing co.

all around $100-150ea

 

You'll have to remove the old ones though.
The nissan ones are for the complete hub.
