type in kler as author there is 5 pages of for sales, more parts than come from 1 car,Just add up the AFMs! And this is only since the new site started! more on old site! Multiple cars involved for that amount of parts. How about an explanation as to where it all comes from?( That's if he's not a dealer- if he is there should be an ABN quoted, not smart if people are being dudded)

This has been open to discussion in the past

and one of the questions we were seeking some opinions on in the past was if businesses should state that they are one, the impression we got was that people didn't seem to care that much (aside from the issues of how do you define this, enforce it, etc).

    Kalus Finally dug myself out

can I ask what the hell you are selling????

there are FORUMS for discussion, Z-related or otherwise. This post only pushes a legitimate sellers post off the page.

    some more

to start with, this came up as a new post when It should have gone on to Waz's post. A moderator is welcome to move it to wherever he thinks is appropriate, as this is a topic that DOES require further discussion!
A few weeks back a member had a car stolen from a workshop in Victoria(I think it has since been recovered) At the time there were posts advising the victim to watch ebay for parts being auctioned, I don't think a person has to be to bright to notice that there is a heap of parts sold here to.( I've sold unwanted bits of a parts car myself-reciept for purchase available to any buyer that wants assurance that they are not getting dodgy parts) If someone puts up parts that obviously involve multiple cars, asking the origin of them is not an unreasonable question!I am not saying that these items are sus, but, if he's not a dealer the sheer volume requires explanation.
On the 4th of August last year kler posted that "everything was gone",since then a heap more stuff for sale.
If you are happy buying a DVD recorder at the pub for $100 no questions asked, then you wont be interested in where your car parts come from either,I have had a car vanish never to be seen again(I suspect I've since seen the wheels)
Once again, Not an unreasonable question to ask.

    Agree with russ.

People need to be warned about dealing with this guy as my cousin Purchased a AFM off him for $200 which he never sent and now will not offer any refund or respond to E-mails. I think this guy does a bit of under the table dealing so if anyone knows some government tax men it would be nice to see this guy get what he deserves.

    that sux man...

What we need to do is threaten his 'business?' on this forum everytime he screws up. A sticky warnining thread could prove handy to push him to fix the things he has to.

i was under the impression that this guy was a ghost with no identity

i bet no one has his address or full name after all these dealings his made??? i'd imagine it would make it hard for who ever you want to bust his balls to find him, if you want action do it quickly before he runs off i think the bank account is enough to trace him though.
    Good luck guys

    I'm not sure.....

but it sounds like people are jumping the gun, guilty before proven innocent:unsure:

Are you 100% sure, because these claims are defamatory if false. I personally have not bought anything from kler but i know alot have and have been happy and also there have been alot who havent.

Before you make accusations.....find the facts, i have always thought kler was a wrecker who just strips parts of half-cuts/wrecks and sell the parts.

    Kler is in NSW

i think thats against the forums guidlines

And as always if email fails, use the phone.

    Max:thumbsup:
