It is too rice but.. It is too rice, but you must admit a fully worked rb26dett in a zed, in my opinion it deserves a round of applause as the vg30dett is a tight enough fit.. It's dead Well, kind of. The engine and suspension have been removed and a fairly complete shell (chassis, fuel system, interior, all wide body panels) is now for sale. They tried to sell the thing whole (at what I thought was a fairly reasonable price, frankly) but it didn't sell so they parted it out instead.Ben
dont care what anyone thinks this car rocks nice find MR-D if half the Zeds around were this good only then would i start knocking others:YD
Backwards step Looks good and must have been a bit of a job but backwards step going to a lower capacity motor that now hangs further forward so handling not at good.
Not too sure.. According too an article i read a while ago in a hard tuned imports magazine, putting an rb26 in a 300zx centered the weight allowing it too handle better.... but im not so sure, they also stated an rb26 was lighter than a vg30 again im not too sure personally i think the vg30 is better suited to a zed and if the rb26 was bettter for a zed why did'nt they do it from factory?Dont get me wrong rb26dett's go hard, i have a mate who has an R33 GTR Skyline and it flies...I guess its each to their own.
