hi all , just a question on radiators for a N/A auto , l'm looking at putting in a new radiator , my question is , auto radiators have a built in cooler , but since my trans has it 's own cooling , would it be better to get a manual radiator , is it bigger be cause it hasn't got the cooler, would it fit , any thoughts .........

As long as it is specified for the NA 300ZX it will fit regardless of auto or manual.
If you have an aftermarket cooler that will do the job of cooling your transmission adequately, then you have the choice to install either the auto or manual radiator, which might save you some money.
With regards to cooling efficiency, it won't be better or worse, as you still have the same thermal load, you are just moving it from one radiator to another :).
If the transmission cooler resides in front of the radiator, then the air the radiator sees is preheated, thus the moving of the heat.
