Rad support

So im looking at a TT and it has a cracked radiator support, from what I can see its not twisted or anything and can you just weld it back up?

 

Start by asking yourself "how it got like that" Then, "are there better cars around than this?"

 

Well I did that I asked the owner and it was like that when he got it I cant see any signs of on accident

 

can I suggest. RUN AWAY

 

There is almost no reason a rad support would crack other than a really ****ing hard hit to the front at some point.

 

Unless you jack a car from the bottom. which can also fk them in these cars.

 

Yeah its not cracked all the way through and its wear it joins, if theres no more damage and everythings good is there any reason why it cant just be welded back up?
