[QLD] Aza and Ztoy at QR Sprints 26/1/8

Mighty boy racer Aza and I, the noob racer are heading out to Qld Raceway on Saturday 26th to race in round 1 of the Sprint series. I will be taking out the zed with race slicks and crapping my daks and Aza will be questioning his sanity, taking out his NX coupe in street trim on street tyres

We would love for anyone who is interested to come out and cheer us along. Its always a good afternoon and there are many fine cars to gander at. Gates open at 10am but racing doesnt start till 12. There is no entry fee for spectators.

We hope to see some familiar faces out there.

 

Ill be out at a scout event at Canungra... it was behind QR last yr the around same time but not this year so i miss out on watchin yas.

Should be an interesting arvo

for me will be the first time ive driven a different car than the zed on the track should have camera setup in car as well so maybe get some footage of my street tyres not holding and going for a spin , anyone wanna loan me a man size nappy incase :bash::banned:
on a serious note would be great to see some faces out there as Al said its a good arvo and you get to see some interesting driving

yep thats it AZA didnt want to be upstaged by your NX.

this year I will be doing the QR "Top Gear" events and also Morgan Park supersprints.

 

ill have to try and get to

morgan park to get some practice in down there to get to know the track a lil for the 2009 nationals, unsure which car ill enter thou see how the NX goes after semi slick and coilovers

 

What do we do to get ourselves checked out and signed in before the race. Ive never done this so I don't know the sequence of events. First we rock up obviously, then what do we do?

outside the goodna macas at about 10am sharp and we can travel out together... try and get a pit next to each other also...

She said the only way youll get her in an indy suit is if you get in one first.
Now lets not start the "daring" game, last time you played that you ended up having to jump in a pool.
