QLD-April 29-Tech day / BBQ at the hoods

Its time for our next tech day and BBQ at our place in Ormeau, Qld, just off Exit 45 on the M1.

For those who have not attended one, its a day where you can meet folks, ask and and answer questions, lift your car up on a hoist for some job you needed to do or just to have a look.

Others list on here what they want help with or how they can help? Bring broken zeds or bring some beers - you know that you're all welcome here.

Below is a post event thread from a previous tech day, there are plenty of pics in the post events. You will see we get a lot of Zeds and other cars, some drive in, others on trailers.

The date is April 29th, from 11am onwards (although we always end up starting earlier as some people request that). Location Ormeau, Exit 45 on M1. Exact details available on request.

Let us know if you are intending to come along and post up what you are interested in or want fixed and the time you are coming so people know what to allow for.

We have a number of hoists and workshop equipment.

 

Might be able to make this, probably won't have the z registered by then, but happy to help whomever on theirs.

Mikey, we have had kids there at previous events... so just bring em along...

 

Unless some major unexpected event befalls me I will be there for this one with the black 2+2 on a trailer and a goal of driving the thing out under it's own power at the end of the day.

Slicktop beast and I will be hooking in this week to get as much done as possible beforehand in preparation, but looking forward to having some knowledgeable blokes hooking in and making it happen.

Well I hope some broken Zeds can be sorted (or rescued from the parts bin).
It would be great to drop in, but I always work on these Tech days.
