    firstly i want to thank everyone for their help over the past 8 months since i bought my zed, the hard work is nearly over! i have two more questions:

    first: every time i start my car it is running rich and has no top end but increased bottom end. this is regardless of engine and fuel temp! but as i drive the car, the more i use the gears and harder i rev it the better it gets. after 10-20 mins of driving the car is up to speed and runs like it should with more top end... could this be caused by the ecu? every sensor works perfect and the consult says all good. no codes or anything.

    second and quickest Q: does the NA drive shaft bolt right into the TT gear box? i wanted to do a tt conversion and i have found a good buy for 3k with everything, even still has the gear knob on it! thing i like about that is i wouldnt have to shim anything or have any dramas with the GB, but, do i have what is needed to connect the clutch booster into my NA?

    All thought please :zlove::bow2:

    ever changed your fuel filter:D:D . could be as simple as that, or dirty throts, or bad iac

    fuel filter was done about 500km ago, its done this since i bought it last august. i'ce have checked the iacv with a meter and its come up fine, although majority of the time the iacv solenoid doesnt register as active on the consult (same with egr) so i dont know for sure how good it is! TB's have been cleaned when i did the plenum pull bout two months ago... but by all means, you know more than me!!!

    tailshafts from n/a and t/t are different at the diff end,t/t has a cv joint

    so it will go into the GB just fine? why does the tt have a CV? im assuming the na is solid?

    NA has a uni-joint. CV is stronger

    The NA has a normal uni rather than a CV at the diff. TT or NA driveshaft will go into a TT or NA gearbox.

    The TT gearbox is the easiest option, but either will work.

    As for the weird power band thing, check your ignition timing. Could also be a dodgy CAS.

    yeah its set to 15 but i noticed last night driving home from my parents i had the consult up on my screen and it was saying the timing was as about 42 and then started going back down to 27 at about 5g... wtf? leaning towards CAS maybe?

    you can get a custom shaft made for your setup.. from coz . about 400 shipped back when the exchange was good..

    if your doing a TT swap try and get a TT box. saves messing with speed sensors etc and driveshafts.. and grinding the box plus using shims for the starter
