Actually, there's 4 silver slicktops... Only one that's a series 2 but Edit: those keychains were selling for $60+ when they first came out (no I didn't pay that for mine). And yes, they do spin when you blow into em
Cheers Mitch! I've done the same thing I think, other one is just sitting in the garage, rego about to expire. ps. you never told me the lightweight fly makes it do fully sick compression lockups
Yeah maaaate I especially liked it coming down a wet hill towards a round about. Made for many a fun drive home from work at night. It was more to do with shit tyres and the 255's in a lightweight slicktop more than anything else I think So you like lightweight flywheels now, or... ?
Small update. Zed ran flawlessly over the 3000km round trip to Zedfest. Happily sat on 3k rpm for hours on end and happily took whatever I threw at it over the weekend (just a testament to how well these cars are built). Only problem I encountered was as I came into miles on the way home the rubber shifter holder broke. Did the remainder of the drive fine but and have a replacement in the post. Can't wait for the next Zedfest now, hopefully my zed will be in a bit better shape by then too. Got a whole heap of parts at home now waiting to be fitted including some new springs and suspension bushes. Also going to have a go at fitting an alarm myself, can't be that hard surely (famous last words ). Shouldn't be spending money at the moment, but managed to nab these at what I thought was a really good price. Haters gonna hate :br:
You're damned right haters gonna hate, you don't even have a TT you homo May as well stick a "turbo whistle" to the exhaust...
Small update, fitted my wheels off the red one since I haven't been driving it recently and wanted some good rubber for the amount of driving I've been doing. Also fitted my eibach springs, bit disappointed with how high it is, hopefully it will drop a bit in the coming weeks. Progressive springs are great but, feel so comfy on a typical Qld road and my spine loves me for it.
