WA Prepped engine block

Hey guys, I've got a fully prepped engine block for sale

Blueprinted (ie, chamfered, water gallery opened up, all edges smoothed, everything realigned as well as below stuff)
Decked
Bored and honed to 20thou (would probably need to take it out to 40thou unless you were very lucky with piston size. )
O ringed (I still consider this the best and most cost effective way to hold the power without leaking problems etc. )
Line honed to standard size

Full set of new gallery plugs/core plugs. All old ones including oil have been removed prior to acid prepping.

If someone is looking for a good tested and well prepped block to use for a build then look no further. As stated above, it would be advisable to re bore to your new piston size and go 40thou in order to ensure correct piston to bore clearances but apart from that it's ready to go.

Comes with head gaskets and a whole bunch of other gaskets from the full conversion pack.

Chasing $500 for the lot. Can also provide a set of serviced heads for an extra $700.

Needs to be bored still? Is it bored for 88, or 89mm pistons?

How much was it decked?

Zero run on the deck for a clean up but the piston to deck is zero I'm pretty sure.

It's been bored to 20thou over which means that .5 over pistons will fit. The thing is that a machinist will generally hone to the specific set of pistons to get an exact piston to bore clearance for ring sealing etc. This means that a different set of pistons would be slightly different. Road cars, probably won't matter, race cars, clearance would need checking.

 

Sorry, the heads are just stock at the moment. I will machine the face, re seat all valves, check valve stem and guide clearance, check lifters and clean up. So basically they will be a straight sealed and ready to use set of stock heads. They will come with warranty on workmanship.
