    Well,

After deciding to rebuild my power steering pump, I have run into dramas :(

The bearing on the driveshaft for the pump is binding and looks like it has been damaged (maybe when it was rebuilt about 4 years ago).

Is there anyway of replacing just the roller bearing or do I require a brand new driveshaft/pump?

    Cheers

Im unfamiliar with the pump, but if there is a way to put it together, there is a way to pull it apart ;)

You work with pumps dont you? You might get a good deal on the parts

Nah, just rebuilding this one for my car :)

Stands to reason that he bearing will come loose of the shaft, but can't seem to get it off.

Have emailed Coz to see if the shaft can be bought seperately :)

    Cheers

    Woohoo!!!

Coz has come to the rescue again! He has the driveshaft and it is US$37.50 :)

All ordered and ready to go :)
