love your zed? ... K-Zed drilled this into me when I joined and I haven't looked back with any serious problems. Cooling system, electrical connectors etc etc. To me this is a weekly ritual: nipping up the rad/turbo hoses, checking/tightening vacuum/fuel hoses(try zip ties on vacuum hoses!),coolant cleanliness and level, oil, pressing down the coilpack connectors (amazing how many are almost hanging off on other zeds!, ECU diagnostic etc etc Once a month I go down ... under the zed that is with 8, 10 and 12mm spanners and screwdriver. Scary how loose some things can get. Let's take a poll to see how others do it...
