As above exterior lights can be matched either to colour or kelvin rating, so please be specific if ordering to match HIDs.

 

OK the dash ones are a cluster type with one forward facing LED and four radially mounted LEDs for wide angle (past horizontal) light dispersion. Wait until I've put up the install pics, and shoot me a PM if you still have any Qs I think the install pics will show what you're after though.

Hi mate, doing a dummy fit on a series 2 this arvo and will report back.

 

There seems to be a few people who want photos of the led's so I just went out and took some then. Apologies for the image quality, it really does not do these justice! I've just done 1500km with these on most of the way and even a perfectionist like myself has nothing but praise for them. I've only had them in for 2 days and have already recieved compliments about how good they look. While there are some hot spots in the blue as to be expected, the camera does a fine job of over-exaggerating them and they are far less noticeable in real life. They are by far superior to either of the eBay kits I have purchased in the past though, and would definitely recommend them to anyone at this price.

 

Extras Kit for Dash

I got my hands on an old gauge display yesterday and found a suitable LED replacement for the warning lights.

The warning lights for HICAS/Lights/ABS are located in the bezel and are already included in the "console" kit.

The "extras" kit for the gauge housing will include

• Warning lights for Battery/Alternator, Brakes, Cat Temp sensor, Doors and Check Engine Light
• Left and Right indicator displays located at the top of the housing
• High Beam display located at the top of the housing
• Warning and Indicator lights supplied in light as the diffusers in the housing are tinted

The "Extras" kit will be an extra $30 or extra $25 if purchased as part of a "complete" kit.

 

Manual Climate Control

Guys is anyone with manual climate control able to remove the lights from their climate control pods and mail them to me? Or is there anyone in Sydney who is able to volounteer for a test fit?

I went out to UAS yesterday to do a trial fit in that 1994 series 2 from the rebuild section but unfortunately it still had digital climate control.

If you have the manual control and are interested in this kit and are a)in Sydney or b)have the inclination to send me your OEM bulbs (so as I can make sure I match the size correctly) please send me a PM. I would of course offer a discount in exchange for your time/efforts.

 

Quality Control

Guys I managed to get my hands on a spare set of pods and dash yesterday, so every kit will now be test fit prior to despatch.

Rob260 Exterior Kit

This was really hard to get right, particularly the colour of the parkers! You can see in the first pic (no flash) the passenger side matches the HID (6000k) really nicely but the driver slide is ever so slightly yellower. Add flash for pic two and they swap!!!

But you can see what I mean, matched headlight/parkerlight/license plate lights really gives it a "finished" appearance.

 

Hey Ryan the middle LED on your climate control seems to be around the wrong way, it's not illuminating. Sorry! Didn't pick it up in the daylight when I fit them (although I did think I was very lucky to get them all around the right way on the first go ).

Next time you have the pods out swap it around 180*.
