    Thanks Rob,

    That seems a bit of a hassle if that is indeed the issue.. How much for a new LED sent to me?

    I see what you meant in the write up. That soft rubber plug just couldn't cope with the thicker legs so it could be more of a contact issue than a faulty LED but u never kno.
