after installing my FMIC today i started her up and listened for leaks before putting the bar back on, lucky i did cause i can hear a hissing sound coming from somewhere around that black cylinder thingy on the left hand side. i fiddled round with the pipes and stuff and its definitely not coming from there.
when i give the car a rev the left hand side charged air intake pipe sucks in and the car nearly stalls.
any ideas cause i got big problems now i cant get to work.

Don't know what you mean by the

"left hand side charged air intake pipe" sucking in?

I think he means the intake pipe

to the left hand T/body, if that is sucking in on itself, you proberly have a blockage in the pipeing!
Wheres all those rags you used!

    5K1TZX Its all never ending....

    Possibly...but...

Maybe if you have BOV's in the stock recirc position, the return spring maybe loose causing the BOV to vent for too long which can lead to very low revs, or stalling when the needle falls as like you are revving the car etc.

I remember in the case of when your revving it and the needle falls back to idle it, was a tad worse after I put the FMIC on. A tune up of the ecu soon fixed that.
