    Recipe for sh*tting your pants:

-Cain 1 quick car up a mountain road...
-Turn 1 corner into the sun...
-Then, take 1 hand off steering wheel to block the sun out of your eyes...
-Add another Right hairpin corner and accelrate
-Place hands back on the wheel right before you enter the corner.

Serve with a spoon and lapp it up!

not when I was there. I got to drive up the weekend before

so I got to do my own rally up pikes peak (in a corolla). The head-spins start to happen at about 10,000 feet and I think the top is around 14,500 feet so it's like sucking air through a straw to breath plus a non-turbo car really struggles at those heights.
The trucks (without trailers) on race day are scary things with their last set of wheels hanging over the squillion feet drop as they slide into the corners. No way in hell would I go as fast as those idiots do cause one mistake and you have a 4Km tumble to the ground.
